Privacy policy

This policy follows the Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981 as amended by Amendment 13 (in force since August 2025) and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations 5777-2017.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you submit in the contact form – name, phone, email (optional), council/organisation (optional), the type of enquirer, your message, and your consents. We collect no sensitive data, never ask for your location, and use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To handle your enquiry, arrange a meeting or tour and answer questions; and, if you expressly agree, to send updates about the project. You are not legally obliged to provide the information, but without it we cannot get back to you.
Donations
Donations are made on the recipient bodies' own sites, and their privacy policies apply. We neither receive nor store payment details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact and then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires otherwise. Consent to updates is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
To review the information about you (section 13 of the Law), to ask us to correct or delete information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date (section 14), and to withdraw consent to updates at any time (via the link in the message or by contacting us). We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Information security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access, access logging, and access for authorised staff only, in line with the Data Security Regulations.
Minors
The site is not intended to collect information from minors.

Updates will be published on this page with the update date.
